Major League Baseball has officially released a statement following the charges against Ippei Mizuhara, Shohei Ohtani's former interpreter. Mizuhara was charged for bank fraud after it was revealed he stole more than $16 million from Ohtani's account, and even impersonated him when the bank called to confirm the transactions.
