The Los Angeles Dodgers have made a roster move ahead of Tuesday's game against the Washington Nationals. Left-hander pitcher Justin Wrobleski has been called up from Triple-A to start Tuesday's game. Right-handed pitcher Matt Sauer has been optioned back to Triple-A.
