Dodgers recall Bobby Abreu from Triple-A

Bobby Abreu was released by the Angels in late April and then designated for assignment and demoted to Triple-A by the Dodgers on August 1, but the veteran outfielder is back in the majors. As part of rosters expanding on September 1 the Dodgers have recalled Abreu from Triple-A, where the 38-year-old went 6-for-17 (.353)...
