When the Dodgers added Justin Ruggiano to their roster on Sept. 1, no one really could have expected him to do what he's done at the plate. He had hit just .214 in 70 at-bats with the Seattle Mariners this season and was with their Triple-A club, Tacoma, when he was traded to the Dodgers on Aug. 31.
