Clayton Kershaw, Zack Greinke and Brett Anderson will start the first three games of the National League Division Series for the Dodgers in that order.For Kershaw, Friday represents his third NLDS Game 1 start in as many years. Greinke has also started Game 2 each of the last two years, while Anderson has started one playoff game in his career, three years ago for the Oakland A's.
