Justin Verlander, who'd been unbeatable since Houston acquired him, had a one-run lead through five dominant innings Tuesday night, putting the Astros four frames away from winning the World Series. But the bottom of the Dodgers' order set up a two-run rally in the sixth against Verlander, and Joc Pederson sailed a home run to left field in the seventh off reliever Joe Musgrove to send Los Angeles to a 3-1 win at Dodger Stadium and force a winner-take-all Game 7 on Wednesday night.
